Inspect for fungal infections at receipt
When the tree arrived I made a few mistakes as I’m a new plant owner so take the review as you will. Most important thing is it came in with a cercospora spot infection. My first mistake was that I potted it same day without giving a chance to acclimate. The plant persevered and didn’t really react negatively. I kept it outside in the sun but I live in Pennsylvania and it rains a lot in the late summer so I brought it in to prevent it from getting too wet and placed under a powerful growth light. The cercospora infection got worse despite removing the spotted leaves and spraying with diluted peroxide solution. My second mistake was not diluting enough. While it seems to have knocked the fungal infection down a peg after a few treatments nearly all the leaves fell off. I seemed to have burned the poor thing ☹️ My bad.The leaves began to grow back, still, with the infection so I purchased fungicide at my local home improvement store. Treated once per week per instruction and the tree has bounced back significantly with minimal fungal infection to show. The new issue I’m running into is curling leaves with browning tips. Apparently evident of micronutrient deficiency. I planted two houseplant fertilizer pegs that seem to provide most if not all the micronutrients that are needed as the leaves have grown larger and the plant has become fuller and new flower buds are developing, but time will tell if I’m able to balance the nutrients and eradicate the fungal infection entirely. I found one or two spotted leaves this morning and promptly removed them.I gave 4/5 stars because the plant is hardy as hell for dealing with my crap, learning the ropes of houseplant care.I would have given 3 stars if it weren’t for the fact this plant really bounced back as fast because of the fungal infection. It has persisted and I’d like to remove it from quarentine to put it in its more permanent location in my home.Definitely check for fungus in the leaves if you buy this tree, if you see little spots, use fungicide immediately to contain it and eradicate it. It jumped to my poor avocado seedling before I took notice of what was going on.Photo 1: the plant is generally healthy nowPhoto 2: the leaf drop remainsPhoto 3: one spotted leaf removed today (removed from pot after photo of course)Photo 4: signs of micronutrient deficiency as an FYI For new owners to look out for, brown tips and curling leaves

5.0 out of 5 stars A healthy beautiful tree
Reviewed in the United States on June 11, 2023
I purchased my pomegranate tree 2 months ago. It came nicely packed and the box said please hurry and take me out, I need some water and fresh air:) It's a small tree with many blossoms. I waited a week before I moved to a bigger pot to give the plant a chance to adopt to NYC weather. It is shipped from Florida. Now it's two month and my tree is flourishing and growing. New blossoms are showing up and showing off their beautiful reddish color that will make any lady jealous. I'm happy with my purchase. Caring for a planet is a good habit that helps me de-stress after a long exhausting day. Plus, for me there is something majestic and mysterious about pomegranate. It's just calming to look at the tree and it's beautiful blossoms.
Update: my tree was purchased on April 9th, the video is on June 29th, my tree is doing great!

5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful & full of life
Reviewed in the United States on May 6, 2023
Edit: All my leaves are turning brown. I try watering it when it’s dry, fertilizing it, and I bought a plant light. And I just seems like it’s dying. I don’t know what to do….

When I took it out of this thin but tall box & cut the protectant around it. It just blossomed and became full of life. This plant is beautiful and this is what I have been looking for! My cat really likes to play with it and I appreciate the smart plant care guide that came with it. Definitely ordering from them again.🖤🖤🖤

5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful dwarf pomegranate
Reviewed in the United States on March 29, 2020
26/03/2020 Well packaged, arrived in pristine condition, beautiful and in-bloom, about 30cm high when I received it. I let it acclimatize and then put it on our south-facing bay window which gets a lot of direct sunlight. Was concerned about too much light, but it’s nonplussed. Haven’t overwatered it, misting it every day. New buds and leaves are growing, not a leaf dropped!

13/04/2020 Lots of leaves suddenly turned yellow and dropped last week. It's spring here, so although it's deciduous, I was a bit worried. However, I then realized, reading around online that with the strong sun and the small pot (haven't had a chance to transfer it yet), that it is thirsty and needs to be watered every day. I sit it the sink every night and let the water drain out. It's now recovered, new buds, flowers and leaves appearing.

16/05/2020
Has been flowering non-stop and put on a lot of foliage. Still needs pretty much daily watering.

10/07/2020
It has been outside for two months now and has been suffering a lot from insect infestations, leaf loss which its growth was stunted quite a bit, I found it likes to be quite dry, a lot drier than it expected. Am watering once every 2-3 day and the bugs have gone, it’s grown and is now doing great. I also harvested three pomegranate fruit too!

13/09/2020
It’s still green and bushy and has flowered beautifully outside where it has stayed the whole summer now into September too. It’s definitely a winner. I’m tempted to buy another.

3.0 out of 5 stars Looked dead shortly after arriving- but showing signs of life now
Reviewed in the United States on January 13, 2024
Looked great upon arrival, but started losing leaves within a few days and had lost all of its leaves within a month. Here’s what it looked like 2 months after arrival. It’s been growing in my climate controlled greenhouse house so it’s not the care or environment.

Update: I kept the plant and watered it lightly every few weeks and it just starting sprouting new leaves! I hope it full recovers by spring.
